Institutional credentials

Official credentials recorded in the central registry

Every certificate and credential issued by VISHVAA ARTIST ORGANIZATION is entered into the central institutional registry at the point of issue. The registry holds the record of each program a student completed, the subjects covered, and the date of award, so that the status of any credential can be checked against a single authoritative source.

Credentials cover makeup artistry, beauty, cosmetology, and beautician training. Each record is tied to the completed course syllabus and the examination results that support it, so a credential reflects documented study rather than a general statement of attendance.

Verification standards

Three checks confirm each credential

Verification follows three standards applied in sequence. Each one tests a different part of the record, and a credential is confirmed only when all three are satisfied.

Standard one

Syllabus audit

We compare the completed course syllabus with the program structure on record, confirming that every required subject was studied in the stated sequence.

Standard two

Examination records

We review the examination records held for the student, confirming the assessments taken, the results obtained, and the dates on which they were recorded.

Standard three

Registrar verification

The registrar confirms that the certificate matches the official record and has been issued by the institution, and then provides a formal written confirmation to the requester.
